RESERVATION CONDITIONS

1. booking confirmation. Upon receipt of a written reservation, you will immediately receive a binding booking confirmation from us. Information provided by telephone and additional agreements of any kind shall only form part of the contract if they have been confirmed by us in writing.

1a. Pitch. The deposit of € 100,- per week will be credited towards the final bill.

2. cancellation and cancellation costs. In the event of timely cancellation (no later than 4 weeks before the day of arrival), the deposit will be refunded minus the processing costs of € 50. In the event of late cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.

2a. Processing fee per cancellation: € 50,-. The payment for the desired place (fixed place number) € 20,- will be retained.

2b. In the event of early departure, we will charge 50% of the remaining daily price including taxes and duties.

3. the booked pitch is available to you from 11.00 a.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

4. should your arrival time be significantly delayed, please inform us. If you do not notify us, the pitch will only be kept free until 11.00 a.m. on the following day and will then be reallocated without compensation.

5. your booking only becomes valid upon receipt of your deposit. No further confirmation will be issued by the stand management.

6. pitch fees according to price list.

7. despite a binding pitch number, the site management reserves the right to change pitch allocations.

8. Discounts. By taking over your pitch, you have agreed to our current pricing. Retroactive changes and discounts are not possible! Current price reductions can be found on our homepage.

Travel cancellation insurance:
We offer you the opportunity to take out travel cancellation insurance for camping for € 2.00 per person per booked holiday day. This covers all cancellation costs in the event of accident, illness or death of the insured person and their family.
