RESERVATION CONDITIONS

1. booking confirmation. Upon receipt of a written reservation, you will immediately receive a binding booking confirmation from us. Information provided by telephone and additional agreements of any kind shall only form part of the contract if they have been confirmed by us in writing.

1a. The deposit for rental properties is € 200 per rental property per week. The deposit for Mountain Lodges / Panorama Chalets is € 350,- per Mountain Lodge / Panorama Chalet per week. The deposit paid will be credited to the final invoice.

1.b. The remaining amount must be paid by credit card or bank transfer no later than 21 days before the start of the holiday. Final cleaning, visitor's tax and environmental tax are to be paid directly on site.

2. cancellation and cancellation costs. In the event of timely cancellation (at the latest 4 weeks before the day of arrival), the deposit will be refunded minus the processing costs of € 50. In the event of late cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.

2a. Processing fee per cancellation: € 50,-.

2b. From 4 weeks before the start of the holiday 3 days will be charged, from 2 weeks before the start of the holiday we charge 50% of the booked stay.

2c. In the event of non-arrival, we charge 100 % of the days booked. In the event of early departure, we will charge 100% of the remaining days.

3. the booked rental property is available to you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

4. should your arrival time be significantly delayed, please inform us. If you do not notify us, the rental property will only be kept available until 10.00 a.m. the next day and will then be reallocated without compensation.

5. your booking only becomes valid upon receipt of your deposit. No further confirmation will be issued by the management.

6. discounts. By accepting your rental property you have agreed to our current pricing. Retroactive changes and discounts are not possible! Current price reductions can be found on our homepage.

7. cash deposit on arrival: Mountain Lodge € 200,- / Panorama Chalet € 200,- / Studio for two € 100,-.

Travel cancellation insurance:
We offer you the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance for rental properties of € 5.00 per person per booked holiday day. This covers all cancellation costs in the event of accident, illness or death of the insured person and their family.
